These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and jlj9 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlj9 online gaming platform, including all sports betting markets, casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, and any other products or features made available through the platform.

• You may access jlj9 on multiple personal devices (e.g., your smartphone, tablet, and computer) using a single registered account.
• You may use all features of the platform that are available to your account tier and that are accessible in your location.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlj9 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game, software, or system operated by jlj9
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the jlj9 platform in any way
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or dealers, or any form of cheating

jlj9 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits are processed through jlj9's approved payment partners, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your jlj9 wallet within two minutes of a successful transaction. Players may also voluntarily close their jlj9 account at any time by contacting the support team. jlj9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.
